We use high quality dye-sublimation printing with single or double-sided printing options.

To start creating your personalised cushions, upload the high-resolution Jpeg image of your choice, no less than 150dpi. Review your design and add any final touches you might like, leave the rest to us. Your photo cushion will be printed, manufactured and will arrive ready to please.

We recommend that you spot or dry clean your cushions. We don’t advise trying to use a washing machine.

We are also introducing Cushion Connection’s new online image collection. It’s a growing collection of inspirational images to bring art into your home, office, garden or business. Simply select an image, upload and edit. *Additional cost.

Printing & Production Time:

We handmake your item in the UK, which takes on average 1-3 days.

Note: Occasionally when we need to re-print an item, this may take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Time:

After your item has been produced, we ship your order via your chosen method.

• Royal Mail 1st Class Standard (no tracking) – 1-5 working days on average (please note that this can take up to 14 working days in exceptional circumstances).
• Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (no tracking) – Usually delivered the next working day. It is not a guaranteed next day service, or a tracked service. A signature is required. (Please note that this can take up to 14working days in exceptional circumstances).
• Special Delivery – Delivered the next working day
• Saturday Delivery (deliver only on Sat)
• For international orders or large packages within the UK, we ship via DHL or Fedex services. This takes on average 2-5 working days.
